Selling a home can be a very stressful situation. I feel like Weldon Harris made my recent sale much less stressful. He never tried to pressure me into doing things, he listened to my concerns, tried to address them as quickly as he could and he did so in a very professional manner. We loved working with Shelbi! She was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sell our home, not to mention doing it all in the middle of the aftermath of the hurricane! We were slightly worried about selling because we relocated to Wisconsin and had tenants living in our home. Shelbi was professional and courteous to the people living in our home while scheduling showings, while also making sure the home was being seen. Before the storm, she even went to our home and made sure everything was put away outside, and windows and doors were closed and secured in hopes of reducing the risk of damage. Even throughout the storm, knowing her own home was being destroyed, she still checked in with us, assuring us she would go to the property and assist in any way she could with repairs and that it was still her main goal to get it sold once she was back in town! Once we had an offer, she was at the house multiple times, dealing with contractors and inspectors, making sure everything was done correctly, and she even fixed a few things herself to save us some money! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to sell our home! She is not only an amazing agent but an amazing person as well. Our only wish is that she could be our agent here in Wisconsin!
